“Kathy's place is great! close to everything and everywhere. The apartment is so comfortable. Excellent beds, full kitchen where we were able to cook full meals, a lot of welcome touches that made the place even nicer. Communication was excellent. This was our second time in her place and we hope to go back soon.”

“I could simply say "WOW" because that was our reaction to every aspect of our stay...but I have so much more to say! Talk about lucking out and finding the most AMAZING place, in the best location, with the most professional and hospitable hosts I could ever have imagined. This was me and my boyfriend's first time using airbnb and boy did we hit the jackpot. All of the Kathy & Alexis' communications beforehand were so helpful and made checking in and our expectations simple and clear. They sent specific instructions of how check in and out worked along with notes about how to operate things in the apartment like Alexa and the Sonos sound system, along with recommendations of things to do and good restaurants in the area and a map. The apartment was absolutely gorgeous and stocked with everything we could need. We couldn't get over all of the extra amenities and how nice it was to still have the comforts of things like a Keurig, bluetooth speaker, big screen rounded tv with Netflix and everything away from home. They also left us chocolates as a thank you along with coffee, bottles of water, and muffins and other breakfast pastries -- all included! I took pictures of the decor to steal for ideas for my own apartment it was so cute and modern! Loved all of the Atlanta-themed artwork.

This place is just amazing! I’ve stayed at other rooms inside the Peachtree condominiums and this is the cleanest, most decorated, and full of amenities. Also, the view is amazing. Although this building seems a little old, there’s nothing antique about this room. I do some work in ATL and this is the best place to relax and get some work done!
Loved staying at the UrbanChic apartment! The location was fantastic, check-in was super smooth and easy with no issues. Kathy's instructions were perfect, I never had to reach out once for help with anything. You really can't beat this place for the price. Oh - and its super clean, which every guest is looking for. Where do I start? Kathy was great from start to finish- from allowing me to check-in early and her quick responses, my stay at Kathy’s was your the highlight of my trip. The home is beautiful and her attention to detail is impeccable. I’ve never traveled and felt that “home away from home” feeling, but this place did it for me! Kathy left TIPS and TRICKS of how to get around the city, what to do in the city and even left me a little thank you card with a bag of chocolates- it’s little things like this that separate her from other host. Her home is centrally located, in a safe and friendly neighborhood and again, IT’S CENTRALLY LOCATED to anywhere you need to go. Surround by restaurants in every direction, and a couple of minutes away from World of Coca Cola, Georgia Aquarium and CNN. I would come here over and over and over again- I gave her 5 stars for EVERY single question, because this place, her touch and her thoughtfulness speaks volumes. If you stay here, you WILL NOT regret it.
Kathy and Alexis have set the bar for our Airbnb experience! Her attention to detail, courtesy, cleanliness of the unit, organization, style, and updated tech were top notch. Great location and overall we couldn’t imagine a better Airbnb experience. Thank you Kathy and Alexis!
There was welcome chocolate and muffins/breads with variety of coffee selections. I really enjoyed the stay. As I have come to Atlanta every two month I have experiences staying in other Airbnb in this building, Peachtree. Out of all those, Kathy's was the best for me in terms of that how the host can be considerate in preparing all the stuff we may need during the stay. There were also papers answering all questions that guests may have.
Amazing! Best air bmb experience. House was stocked with basic essentials ( towers, water, cleaning supplies etc. House was extremely clean. We would definitely book again
